Battery Charger Functions

1. Charger Over Temperature Protection :

When the internal temperature of the charger exceeds 80°C, the charging current will automatically decrease.

When it exceeds 85℃, the charger will shut down for protection. When the temperature drops, the charger automatically resumes charging.

2. Short Circuit Protection :

When the output is short-circuited, the charger will automatically turn off the output. After troubleshooting, reconnect the battery to resume charging.

3. Battery Reverse Connection Protection :

When the battery is reverse-connected, the internal circuit of the charger will automatically disconnect from the battery, and charging will not occur and the charger will not be damaged.

4. Low-Voltage ＆ Over-Voltage Protection :

If the input voltage is lower than 90V or higher than 264V, the charger will shut down protectively and automatically resume work after the voltage returns to normal.

5. Output Over Current Protection :

Stop output when exceeding +1% of maximum output current.

6. Full Automatic Shutdown :

Automatically shut down after full charge. (optional)

7. Battery Over Temperature Protection :

Automatically shut down when the battery in high temperature.

Storage: Product should be stored in the packing box when it is not used and be maintained in a 5℃ to 40 ℃ clean, dry and wel-ventilated environment. lt should not be stored together with chemicals,acid and alkali substances etc. Should avoid storing in the sun, fire, wateravoid storing with corrosive substances. The storage period is 2 years (from the inventory date of the factory). After the 2 years of storperiod,the products should still comply with the provisions of the relevant standards.

1. Hong long will your chargers last?

Our chargers have been rigorously tested and have an expected lifespan of 25,000 hours with strickly opreating the charger as our user manual. This means that if you were to use your chargers 12 hours a day, the chargers would be expected to last longer than 5 years even in every day running. Even after that time has elapsed, the chargers will maintain an effiency of 85%.
